New Concepts Software, Inc. does not offer refunds on purchases of our Software Products.  Please allow us a moment to explain this position.

We understand that you as a customer want to receive full value for your purchases.  We as a company wish to protect our interests in our intellectual property.  To meet these goals, we ALWAYS offer ALL of our programs in a fully functional (or as nearly so as possible) DEMO VERSIONS.   We encourage you to download these demo versions, and evaluate them fully.   Nothing is ever hidden or misrepresented.  Demo versions function for a period of 30 days, which should give you ample time to examine our products.  We will even tell you how to get an additional 30 days, if you need it.  High pressure sales are NEVER employed, so you will NEVER be pushed into a sale.

Once you have decided that our product will meet your requirements, you may purchase it.  When you purchase one of our products, either we must supply you with an unlocking code, or provide some other customized component for full and continued operation.  This means that you have the means necessary to turn any of our future demos posted on our website into full working versions.  Unscrupulous people in the past have used this as a means to get our software for free, simply by "purchasing" the software to get it unlocked, then "returning" it for a refund.  (Some of these folks even had the audacity to call us later for Tech Support, which is how we found out people were doing this.)

So, to protect yourself, DOWNLOAD A DEMO and RUN IT THROUGH ITS PACES!  Call us with questions, we really don't mind, and we won't "bully" you into making a purchasing decision.  Visit the websites of our Competitors and download their products.  Make certain that the program you are considering REALLY DOES WHAT YOU NEED IT TO DO.

In principle, this is not any different than the return policy of most software sellers.  If you were to visit your local computer store, purchase a program, then try to return it later, they wouldn't let you if the package was opened.   With us, however, you have the opportunity to try it before you buy it.
